My late grandmas house has lot of it. When i was young, me and my cousins used to bring salt and climb the starfruit tree and ate the ripe fruit there. Hehehehehe. Same with manggo, guava, lanzones, santol and other fruit we can find on my late grandparents farm. Hehehehe. This video brings back memories.

Di Indonesia namanya buah Belimbing ada yang rasanya manis, ada juga yang rasanya asam, buah Belimbing banyak airnya, seger kalau dibikin rujak atau lotis yang pedas (bumbu rujak atau lotis yaitu cabe rawit, garam dan gula merah digerus atau diulek pakai cobek batu) campur buah jambu, kedondong, mangga, pepaya, bengkoang, nanas. We have lots of similarities in our language, like 'salamat' is for thank you in philippines, and 'selamat' is for congratulation in imdonesia. 'anak' has the same meaning, and it is for child (my child), and 'sakit' is hurt. And there's a lot more words. Filipino and indonesia languange are suprisingly so similar
