I’m just glad that he’s eating well! I see lots of people starving themselves (which is not really dieting) to lose weight. It’s best to exercise to lose weight! You gain more metabolism, so that means you process food in energy at a quicker rate. Which means that you can stay “thin” (or keep a healthy shape). So it’s a win-win! Stay healthy and eat more!

I think it’s normal for professional athletes. Specially in swimming, they lose lot of calories, so it’s normal for him to eat a lot. You need carbohydrate to burn it. Otherwise you’ll burn muscles and that’s dangerous.

As a white European American I've had Korean barbecue that I enjoyed. The stuff he is eating don't know what it is, but he makes it look good. I bought a can of Kimchi once, but couldn't get past the smell to try it, it was probably the fermentation. Wish now I would have tried it. .In L.A. CA there is a very popular Korean style taco truck. People line up, long lines, once they know where they will be, as it can be at a different location everyday. People rave about it. I've always worked to far away to have it, but it's on my bucket list. Love food, it can bring us all together like nothing else. Sung Hoon, he is a joy to watch.
