No, this is first type of thyristor traction regulator for trolleybusses and trams (T3M) in Czechoslovakia named TV1 electric equipment, which use on last three production series of 9Tr used only in Czechoslovakia from the begin 70s. 9Tr and the T3 trams series for export usses mostly only by contactor switched of power teostats traction power regulation, because it was easier to repair, and so the USSR, in particular, was not interested in a more modern and electrically efficient power regulation by thyristors in this time and therefore, those who knew 9Tr outside the Czechoslovakia practically did not know that it existed thyristor version called 9TrHT. 14Tr have other (more modern type) of thyristor pulse converter.
