Few months back, just before the lockdown, I travelled to Kodaikanal from Bangalore with my partner.
This video is about our journey from Bangalore to the "queen of Hill stations", Kodaikanal.

Hi Sagar, We booked a taxi from the station to upper Kodaikanal on ad-hoc basis. I am sure you will be able to find a taxi at the station itself.

:) We had to get back to train station on time so it was more of a personal decision than recommendation. :) Undoubtedly, bus can be an option.
