Definitely reach out to your doctor, be honest with whats going on and express that you need help. You’re not alone and you don’t have to recover alone either. There’s no shame in getting help. Your family and real friends will support you, they want to see you make an effort to seek professional help. Getting through addiction is a journey but it will make you a stronger person with every step forward you take. I’m not religious, but praying for you man and anybody else who reads this that is struggling with an unhealthy addiction. You are all beautiful people just trying to escape the pain, whatever it may be. Pain always goes away, if treated properly it WILL eventually heal. 🙏🏼❤️ I still haven’t attended to all the pain either and Im still healing, but I’m here to say there is always a way. There is always another option.
