Ace Hood is a good rapper but Kodak is really Top Tier not because he is more street but the actual reflection he manages to put into words and pains and struggles that come along with the streets and not glorifying for the sales. His is an true artist and I slept on him initially too because he was 15 when I first heard him but he has really good music that isn't following trends.
