The quality comes from the '4-pass' printing process, properly called dye sublimation. It gives much better prints than Zink paper printers and comes in a variety of sizes from the one you have up to full 4x6 inch prints. Talk to Kodak about their other dye sub printers.

Mine is such a pain in the @$$ to connect to my phone, and it now keeps saying I need to replace the cartridge, so I replaced the cartridge but it keeps having the same error. But before that I tried to print out a family photo but it kept messing up the colors. (Pink on the top and blue on the bottom with random black lines) My aunt gave it to me recently as they already had one (regift from christmas) and it started having that error as of today. Can someone tell me what I can do to fix the issue.

Is the paper sticky back? Or do I have to use a glue stick to stick it to my notebook?

As far as I know, Kodak does not make sticky back paper!

The printing button is is grey and not pressable. It shows 4 X 6 in bottom corner but only prints 2.1 X 3.4 inch?? Did I download the wrong Kodak printer app??

Yes, Kodak does have a 4X6 Dye Sub printer, the 1500 I think it is, that uses the 4 x 6 paper. There is an app on Kodak site or Apps store

Hi Katie, great review! Are you still using the printer nowadays, if yes do you still like it as much after 4 months? I got the Mini 3 and was surprised and satisfied in the beginning as well. After sometime cartridge errors and paper jams started appearing?

Yes i still use it! I haven't experienced any issues like that so far thankfully

i have the exact same printer, and yeah ive noticed that prints that are higher resolution/ file size comes out a lot more crisp D: i thought it was my app or phone that was bugging but I dont think so now that ive seen this!

How long does the cartridge last, does it has expire date?

They don't have an expiration date on the package!

AGFA also sells this exact same printer under the name Realipix Mini P. So you could try getting the AGFA cartridges.
