You have to be an IT department, a full stack developer needs to know infrastrcuture as code netowrking , devops, cicd, cicd tools, sstem secuirty, netowrk security, linux, shell scripting, server side scripting, frontend library or frontent framewrok, backend framrework and backend language, So basically, you have to be more than an IT deoartment,

Why do SREs/Platform engs get paid more? Also been seeing a decrease in pay rather than more due to AI and the Economy. I was making 200k as a mid level engineer back in the 2010s Also about attrition, it seems like the US is outsourcing more and more DevOps jobs to India. It may be growing but not within the country 😊

No openings for devops roles ,SRE which are in numbers like 1-5 jobs only exist within each company in India,just trainers earn by selling course and showing next upcoming bubble predictions with statistics ,IDC market share....boo
