Kodi Compendium [Part 6]: Artwork, Fanart, & Artwork Beef

So due to the fact that I'm on a newer version of Kodi I need to use artwork dump. artwork dump says it can also download locally to the file system however I don't see an option or any way to set that. Any ideas?

I use.OSMC will this work? Or what else can i use to add art work.. All my files (mkv mp4) have no art work and just looks pretty plain while browsing

Does this Artwork Beef program work with video addons?

Kodi is lousy for music, none of the add ons work, it says it has found fanarts but they don’t show up, it works good for movies, it’s a breeze, not sure why music is so complicated, mediaportal was better with fanart handler, cheers.

Yeah that is why you need Artwork Beef. It works pretty well, but it should be integrated into the base platform. Hopefully they are moving in that direction. Thanks for the mediaportal tip. It looks like a Windows-only solution though ATM. I would guess that the win10 ARM solution would be very slow on a Raspberry Pi?
