Not much action, but the short was so well made and i was so happy that you noticed how the bike sequence was her travelling through the 500 years. Always feels amazing to watch creators who really love the games they cover on their channels.

it is a very emotional animated short, showcasing the loss, pain and loneliness Mavuika has endured the past 500 years. i truly wish for the best, for both her and Natlan in 5.3!!!! and yes, genshin impact has always held a special place in my heart! it was my first ever hoyoverse game, then came honkai impact!!!

8:56 "brightest flame" it touches me that within Mavuika's memories, Hine's joy and adoration for Mavuika's bright hair (flame) at 3:13 has always been a precious memory in her heart, a piece that will never be taken away by the length of time (500 years). even when she could not recognise Hine at first, the memory all comes back immediately as if second nature when she takes a break.

It’s one thing when literal archon spend 500 years on something, be they prime adepti, elemental spirit or whatever, they naturally long lived, but when the mantle of an archon or in general playing with time fall on a HUMAN shoulder, maaaaan those 500 years turns into a torture. Himeko can’t catch a break across all of Hoyoverse. Like, damn, just let her be happy for once😭😭

@@Kodla Knowing Mihoyo, there is nothing they won't do, I really hope HSR Himeko will live on to the end of HSR storyline, the reason I got into HI3 is due to the animated short " final lessons " and later HSR as I saw Himeko in the crew, I don't plan on playing GI but the moment they drop Mavuika in their trailers, I am in, I will get her no matter what, that's how much I love Himeko and her expy.

Well from hi3 or hi3 comics, don’t remember we know himeko literally dies in every timeline, or something like that, which is ONE of the reasons Welt isekaid into hsr, in order to protect her and get rid of his guilt toward her is another reason, sooooooo… well, I don’t know, we’ll see😅😅

With the numbers everytime Mavuika passes by the rest stops you'll see a road sign with a number on it, and each time this sign appears the number increases, till you finally see the final sign says 499, representing her long journey of 500 years into the future. she travelled all alone in the sacred flame after losing all her friends and family. Also the fact that the rest stops breaking down and being rebuilt symbolize natlan getting destroyed by the abyss and being rebuilt again and again in those 500 years. She was conscious to see her nation get destroyed every time but she had to suffer all alone which is why her will almost breaks afew times till her sister reminds her.

I felt that feeling of hers very well... feeling lost, tired from aimless movement, especially when Hina started talking to her And you're probably the only one who compared her to Furina...) It's actually quite mysterious, because Mavuika knew she had to move 500 years ahead. She just had a task in front of her - to move, to wait for the path to be completed by itself, but she almost lost herself. This means that someone has already decided that she should reach its end in these 500 years, and Focalors put the plan into action in 500 years, and we woke up in 500 years. And when she was sitting in despair, they showed how time flies... She stayed in this position for a very long time... And Celestia might be in the same condition.

Been watching random people reacting to this. You can see clearly people that are in with the lore enjoying this alot. Seeing the ancient name bearers is really something that hits deep. Those that do not play through the story or the game are just left clueless.

I wasn't really expecting this: I thought the short was going to show more events from the past, but they concentrated on how the characters (especially Mavuika) felt, and that's fine. Just art and emotion ☺

It really pains me to see lot of people and even content creators of genshin...dont even recognise the first four in the beginning shot...menilek, wanjiru,sundajata,tupac,. Thats why I admire people like u , murder of birds, etc.. u guys love the story and lore so much i feel really familiar with u guys... man i wanted to see burkina and sanhaj ...there are so many GOAT characters that are just in side quest that people unaware of and....this was just...i can just watch hours of these six hanging out together....man i love all them so much than any currunt name bearers

as someone who does not have a good or even any bond with my family this short hit me so hard. I would do anything to bond and have a loving family and seeing mavuika give up all that to save natlan just upped my respect so much for her. Shes definitely my favorite archon along side furina (they share 1 throne)
