Youre making too big of a base. Try making your base smaller and do a juggling maze like purple at last game. It gives you more time to mine gold or harvest lumber if done right. But if you want a big base, put some towers where only the nano kodos can path and sprinkle some towers on some areas to damage stragglers outside the pack that is chasing you.
