I will NEVER understand why Kody needed to move everyone from their beautiful cul-de-sac in Las Vegas. It was a perfect set-up, all four houses right next to each other, all the kids within feet of each other, all their lives settled, then BOOM, Kody acts like he's in a witness protection program and flees without any regard to his family. Then he whine and complains that their houses aren't selling, yet buys a huge chunk of land in expensive Flagstaff. And, Meri you should just stay at your adorable B&B and ditch the craziness of Brownville.

Meri and Kody were estranged even before the catfish incident. Their marriage had grown so bad that Meri told Kody to stop coming to her home, and just stay away. So, he did. And that's why she was so open and vulnerable to the attentions of another "man" when she got catfished.. For all intents and purposes, that marriage is over, and they are separated. But Meri hasn't yet separated herself from the family..

If Kody wants to remain married to Meri, he needs to forgive her for the catfish incident. She had an emotional affair, and it was wrong. She is trying so hard to make things right. It has probably been 3 to 3.5 years since that happened. He is not wanting her to go but clearly doesn't want to repair the marriage. Meri has tried so hard. Kody needs to step up and be a spouse to Meri. She should not have to stay there for fear of upsetting her mom and family members just to be in a terrible marriage. I really feel like Kody and Mariah are manipulative and awful to Meri.

I think they stay together for the sake of the Celestial Kingdom (after life) where they will all be together. I agree with what you're saying about the catfish incident and he'll never forgive her. Mariah's fiancee, Audrey seems to have a strong connection to Meri and influenced Mariah in a positive way. Next week's episode will be interesting. That "joke" that Meri made about her marriage certificate was very telling.

I agreed with you up until you mentioned Mariah being manipulative towards Meri. Mariah is just another victim in this mess who didn't ask for any of it. There have been glimpses on the show of Meri actually being very manipulative towards Mariah, as if Mariah owes Meri emotional support that she isn't getting from her husband, which is a lot to put on your child and not their responsibility. Meri may be a victim but that doesn't make her a perfect mother (and certainly doesn't make Mariah a bad daughter).

Kody & Meri aren't married anymore... they got divorced in 2014 so Robin could become Kody's "legal" wife so he could then adopt her kids. When this went down the Brown's said this was necessary to ensure Robin's kids would stay with the Browns and not their birth father in the event something happened to Robin. I guess no one ever heard of a will.... 🙄😲 *IF* Kody is upset about the catfish incident, and that's a big if, it is only because his EGO was publicly humiliated.

Kody is the one that needs to step up. I think the only way he steps up is when he is feeling romantic. He is a very self centered small man he seems to be more interested in getting perms on his very thinning hair. 1. Meri was trying to figure OUT how to save all the LaLaRoe inventory. She was under pre-evacuation, so she went back to work, once they left with her trailer full of stuff. She was worried about her income not about her safety. 2. Only Janelle and Christine were there to help Maddie with the birth. Robyn does not care for Maddie and never will. Meri is about herself and her daughter Mariah, so another grandchild is no big deal to her. 3. Janelle is very transparent and easy to read by anyone. She needs to learn how to be more guarded because that is how the others manipulate her. 4. Christine does not fake it for any one. Watch you see is what you get with her. I appreciate her honesty because that quality is missing with Meri and Robyn. 5. Meri is hiding her real feelings and playing the victim role for sympathy. Kody is over her, but Robyn wants her around to feel validated. I'm just waiting for Truly Grace, Ysabel, and Savannah to grow up. Once they're gone, Robyn can keep Kody to herself and order the fifth wife around.

New here- have watched TLC forever. Do not agree with this lifestyle at all. These women prefer Sisters, with a man in charge. Robin seemed so ungrateful, walking in new home home with that awful Frown. Think of the kids security, Not winning!! Many are suffering with no homes, no family support, let alone an income from a TV show. He wanted that Big house for All, but Christina said no way.
