SugarFreeTargets If it makes you feel any better, in the manga he displaced his shoulder by pulling Nishimiya up and hurt his butt for the fall. Also, a lot of thoughts pass in his head in this scene, in the manga, one of them was if Nishimiya falls in the river, by the height, it would be like hitting the concrete. This scene is much simpler in the movie.

My parents despised anime for several reasons, not gonna name them. So if they caught me ever watching it, even when I was 17, they would get mad at me. So I found out about this film and obviously watched it l8 at night when every1 was asleep. To sum it up, never have I cried for so long at a movie, since it's rare for me to even shed a tear in any movie. I decided to take a risk and show my parents this movie, because unlike the other anime out there, this deals with a more worldy problem that likely tons of people deal with. So I showed them it and risked it. After watching the whole film, my parents had actually cried a bit in some scenes, but overall they actually admitted that it was a good film. Still my parents mind set on anime before hasn't really changed, but they know now that not every anime is how they originally thought.

i've watched this movie more than 7 times and still cried at the same scenes. i would never get tired of this movie as it shows alot of messages i've struggled to deal with. silent voice was really a treasured movie, a movie that showed a representation of disability hate, social anxiety (etc) within the society to teach those we're all the same regardless of race, gender, disability and religion. we're all humans by the end of the day.
@mymind36834 жыл бұрын
A silent voice is not just a anime, it's a story of how those people feel who can't talk. This doesn't end here , it also tells us that how difficult it is to come out from our rudeness. If you like this anime then go and watch Anthem of the heart .

I doubt anyone will read this, but I watched this movie, and I felt a connection to it, I couldn't get enough of it. Once the movie was over it left a hole in my heart, but the ending was very satisfying. My mom has never seen anything anime related, I know she knows I watch anime, but I've never directly told her about it. I thought about it for a couple of days and decided I would show this movie to my mom as a way of telling her I watch anime and because this movie is so beautiful. I finally mustered up enough courage after watching this video for over fifty time (not joking) and showed her the movie, after telling her how this is such a good movie, she said she'd give it a try. Of course i ran away and went to my room and put on headphones so I couldn't hear anything she might have said. She's currently watching it right now, and I'll update this once she finishes the movie.

As a manga reader, i really felt the sadness in every panel of this scene. Especially when he tripped and the camera caught all of that. Damn I cried 4 gallons.

I actually completed a mashup of 4 live reactors. Though my HP Pavillion laptop has almost blow up trying to render the full movie video of multple screens. Though I can't upload to KZbin cause I used the trial version of the editing program so there are watermarks on the video.

I really like this anime but for me I can only watch this one time, it makes me feel empty inside..
@jetro64725 жыл бұрын
in the movie its didn't really explain why shouya got hurt from the fall. in the manga he starts trying to remember some stuff he did with his friends in 6th grade. one of them mentioned how high you'd have to fall from until water felt like concrete. it didnt mention the height because he forgot it. and then he slipped and fell just like in the movie

Got this recommended by KZbin and I don't know anything about this Anime but I felt the moment so much they did a rlly good job at conveying the emotions.
