Such beautiful music. The harmonies are just so sweet. I’d like to see Koechlin gaining more popularity, he’s such an underrated composer.

Can hear some Holst in this as well; several parts of this piece reminds me of _Venus_ in particular.

I knew him from the lovely orchestration he did for Fauré's "Mélisande's song", when he was his pupil. But this piece is just incredible!❤

first thing that popped into my mind when ı listen is how this would sound in an alternate tuning system. I think the piece would benefit it a lot, some interval dont sound correct
