To really appreciate some of these you gotta watch them in x0.25 and reeeeeaally pay attention to the little details. Like in Fenrir Dive, Filia looks uncomfortable when she is up in the sky being smothered by Samson's jaw. In Good Fellows Peacock Smiles before tossing the cigar. In Eliza's Scarab Super you can see that Eliza literally became the whole Scarab and the one flying is Sekmet, you can even see her for a split second after they land how she is on top of Eliza while she's still a bug. Honestly you even have to pay attention to the idle sprites, i didn't notice until today how Double has a sad face flowing on one of her tentacles. And before she disappears after transforming into Peacock, a cloud with a smiley face shows up.

Yes, because for Peacock her cartoon eyes are really just empty sockets and she uses the eyes on her arms to see. You can see daggers come out of the eye holes (Roger Rabbit Ref) or smoke coming out from there too when she's smoking.

a few fun facts: fukua's level 5 actually causes the combo afterwards to deal massive damage, since it turns the damage scaling to 200%. it's a very utility super lenny explodes automatically when peacock uses argus agony (laser super) together with it robofortune also explodes automatically when she uses her magnetic grab super (dont remember the name) after her install you can skip the whole cutscene of valentine's dead on arrival ((the izuna drop super), since it's pretty long and pretty ruins both players' momentum

As for Parasoul's sniper super, I hear there was a whole big thing about that as, at one point, there was a fan made character that was going to be shown taking the shot, but then it ran into legal issues, only for it to be worked yet still manage to have a breach of contract at the last second for it to ultimately be axed. Therefore, that super was going to be more elaborate, but is still nice as is.

Cysubtor rip juju, aka agent 13. what happened was that agent 13 was a character made by a fan, and was put in game due to lab zero liking the character. however, the fan demanded compensation ($500,000~) and legal issues were too complicated (not to mention lab zero could not afford that much for 1 character). during this time, skull girls was really on its last leg. they had almost no money, and during squigly’s creation, everyone on the skullgirls team was laid off. the skullgirls fan base managed to raise enough to bring them to evo, and the team then decided to hold a fundraising campaign to help the dev team finish squigly, as well as new potential characters. the fundraising actually way more than the original goal, bringing in 828,000~. juju was considered for an official spot as a playable character (and was on a list of 25 that donators could choose from), but legal issues ultimately disqualified her. the fan also broke ndas with lab zero, so that definitely had a huge role in it as well. so as you can see, the fan did some pretty bad stuff, and lab zero would not pay $500,000 just for one character ($500,000 in the campaign gave us squigly, big band, and some of the dlc voice packs) when they could be using that money towards better resources. but good things also came from there! because of fans, lab zero was able to add in 5 new characters (beo, big band, robo fortune, squigly, eliza) and some of the amazing voice packs (soviet announcer, valley girl painwheel, anime peacock, etc)
