Every Jesko made will be preordered and purchased by a customer, no extras for Koenigsegg track records. So if a customer pays 3 to 5 million and wants to set a record there is a very good chance a record would be set. It would require a top notch professional driver, engineers to set up suspension, steering, etc. Koenigsegg would likely assist like it did when they set the top speed record. So all that remains is a customer willing to risk their 3 to 5 million very rare car that they waited for a year to get. It could happen, maybe. Would you risk your Koenigsegg? Porsche sets crazy records, but look at their overhead.

@@caswinson for sure this is an advertisment but, this place is the largest cold test center i Europe and have been used by all major car brands for decades so they just don’t go here for fun. The temperature goes to minus 40 C here. Brands have there oen garages etc since they bring their prototypes. It’s a whole business for this small town up in the north of Sweden, Arvidsjaur

Jesko WOW I love that you are testing it in winter. Some of the most legendary cars built proved themselves in real world conditions. Here in Calgary Alberta Canada when the new Corvette was released a young owner bought one and immediately went out and put an ugly container for Skiing on the back. I was offended at first but began to admire his choice to use his car year round and enjoy the real fun of driving and not just piloting it. Just like we did with some of our most memorable cars. My 69 Camaro, a friend's 240Z and Corvette. Another friend's 1970 Charger. Austin Mini's, Mustang's, Chevelle's and even Volvo and BMW were cars we would take Skiing in the winter. I might not be a buyer for a Koenigsegg today. But if I bought a used one I'd have to buy it for year round use. Thanks Christian!
