For the first take, Sudo just scales way higher by feats themselves, if we use narrative Koenji inverse would scale high but just feat wise, Sudo has actual amazing feats in some categories which far outclass Koenji.
Second take, alright, anyone who thinks Koenji stands a chance in outsmarting feat wise needs to reconsider their knowledge of the series. I'm making Suzune Doc though so for anyone who doesn't remember or understand her Outsmarting scaling, just contact me on Discord.

Although I doubt you'd be able to Swimming is nothing for combat speed and is mostly because of his bigger frame, more stamina and higher pure strength which he all got. Learn how swimming and speed works. Also him blocking Sudo's attack does not scale him towards that while Sudo was fighting and squaring off against Hosen who is by feats hypersonic or higher. Again this is by feats. Great, if it's like Takuya vs Yuuichi where Takuya slams then there shouldn't be any problems.

AP/DC: Sudo Splintering the Desk absolutely slams this feat There was nothing that proves Koenji is above Hosen or Albert in strength btw. And also, I gave strength to Koenji. Koenji physical prowess only shown some cats such as Lifting,Stamina,Grip,Travel, ans C/r, tho it was stated that he blitzes third years in Vol 4 year 2, we never get to see his actually impact and power in a real fight, meanwhile sudo has..Sudo has thanked Ryuen and Hosen attacks, also has physicaly shown his great utter defence Idk about this tho, since i never scale them both physicly but i hope this helps

That feat for N ice is irelivant since Sudo had better inverse and arguments, the thing is he dint scale a character combat power using physical feats, and from what i see his arguments againts sudo is using Inverse, Inverse is a scaling method analyzingneach characters scaling of another character if they had tier, Koenji lacks feats in combat you could argue his grip strength is better or tie to Koji but that does not carry him in combat, you could also argue he blitzes 3rd year students and kiriyama but they does not have any inverse , who are the third years?, what are there feats?, kiriyama has clealry 0 combat feats / arguments, meanwhile Sudo’s calculated AP and Invers are far way more better than Koenji’s, he tanked a hypersonic-subsonic ounch from Hosen, clealry wents up againts him multiple times and endured heavy huts for him, yes Koenji tanked Sudos Attack with his eyes closed but that his BEST inverse at best after his grip feat with Koji and stopping a frickin Boar, but Sudo got carried cause of HOSEN But i personaly still unsure about this take, i have my doubts and havent properly scaled them both soni cant say who wins yet but im explaining N Ice view 😭

If sudo can't even damage koenji in this fight how his he gonna possible win, koenji can just win with his extreme strength and stamina alone.
