Parlar de Koers com un altre grup de reggae no seria just. La seva proposta musical estén els braços cap al dub, la new wave, el pop o inclús el rock, tot fusionant-ho amb el reggae marca de la casa. Cançons que brillen per la seva originalitat, ritmes contagiosos i la conjunció de tots els seus elements en armonia, envoltades per la sedosa veu de Kelly Isaiah. Té sentit doncs, que el seu nom sigui Koers, que vol dir 'ritme' en afrikaans. El seu EP ‘Unity in Diversity’ (Autoeditat, 2016) és només el precursor del que està per arribar en aquest 2017, el seu primer llarga durada que sonarà per tots els racons ben aviat.
To talk about Koers as just another reggae band would be unfair. Their music reach out to dub, new wave, pop or even rock, mixed with a very particular reggae vision. Songs that stand out thanks to their originality, infectious rhythms and Kelly Isaiah's voice acting as the glue that makes it to stick together seamlessly. It was only logical that they would be called Koers, which means "rhythm" in Afrikaans. Their first EP, ‘Unity in Diversity’ (Self-published, 2016) it's the appetiser for what's yet to come: their first debut album that promises to be heard in every corner soon enough.
