yes and no...hes combos are easy in my oppinion, its using all his tools in a match is hard

its a toss up he has good normals but not sure if you notice he doesn't deliver a lot of damage his specials are also -2 on block

I wouldnt say bad Id say mid to low mid tier at best. He would make a great start off character as he builds meter fast
