That's perfect spacing, you gotta hit it within certain frame gap and precise distance from the wall to recover quicker than the oponent bounces, so C hits while opponent is still "standing", after that they'll start to crumple, in which state they are in "air state" and will reset when hit by most non command normals, like when they jump. Not very practical in an actual match.
