Even though Rugal is hyper nerfed in this game he still remains Rugal. GENOCIDE CUTTER used to take 90% of your health, just to let you know lmao.

That was only in '94, and even then, one of the devs later admitted that he went overboard with the damage ratio. And the boss Rugal is still broken compared to the playable version.

The first KoF I played was '99, which we know was the debut of K' (Maxima too, but he's another story), and I still have my case, manual, and PSX copy of the game. And he was the character I liked the most. So knowing that K' can beat the Genocide Cutter with a climax, and dodge the omega version with one, makes me happy. Addendum: B. Jenet interrupting it, taking off a high heel, and literally beating into orbit with a shoe Rugal "Genocide Cutter" Bernstein... is HILARIOUS!
