Goenitz took rugal eyes for his Insolence for wanting orochi's power, however he knew that rugal wouldnt be able to handle that power , so he give him the power . Mature and Vice were ever close to see his downfall and report to goenitz when rugal self destruct. Mature and Vice actually betrayed goentiz in 96 for Iori, making him awaken Orochi Iori before goenitz body died. They were surprised with the change of events and got killed after that those womans haunt Iori's dream forever . Because of goenitz maybe thats the lore reason for them not being in the game?

Well I mange to heat them cause I have 27 years of experience ! And when you get to Orochi he will knock your character out even before you blink ! 1,2 hop you lose ! SNK needs the mid Boss chalenge in arcade mode ! Shingo is the first candidate to challenge you , for now we only Shingo , maybe Kasumi, Kasumi is one of my mains ! If choose her just don’t get too carried away and try to attack me cause I m gonna counter those attacks hahaha ! And with KOF15 mechanics the counter attacks can be canceled with supers and hypers and climax and special moves ! For ex the when performing her grab attack in max mode it can be canceled by her counter attack move it becomes a grab when cancel something like that
