They clearly wanted Vice to be the better pick because Mature is just bad. Her normals suck. Their anti air properties suck besides jump D. And on top of that she has no reversals. At best shes a scrub killer. They couldve at least gave her better normals like in 14 before they nerfed her crouch C. Heres to SNK getting it wrong again!
