The changes to counter hit jump CD might be the one of the best change to this game. You can check and punish auto pilot jump pressure from your opponent and actually get rewarded so players are forced to think twice before jumping against certain characters.

To use vice you need hands, if you don't know how to use it there are players who do have very strong hands.

Vice is new to the game lol people are taking their time to figure her out and learn her kit. She’s not a beginner friendly character like Kyo or Benimaru who are simple. She’s actually strong imo if your neutral game is on point as she can snowball pressure off one command grab.
