Hello... I tried performing the steps following your videos but i am installing for a production environment not demo... I get an error "unable to add bootstrap admin to the AA service" any idea how i can resolve this it comes up on the authorization and security screen and thus we cannot create the security frame work

Sorry, didn’t see your comments earlier. With the AA service did you setup correctly? And do note that the domain used is only for ControlSuite not the actual AD. Hope this helps

Hello Brian, My experience with it, you will have to assure that the requirements of your system is beyond/more than the minimum, specifically if you intend to use multiple services within the ControlSuite package. Consult your Kofax partner of support if you need to evaluate the performance issue again. Thanks for reaching out.
