Love seeing an amazing Daughter and Father relationship. Not something I had but find it hopeful to see. Great first podcast. Can’t believe he is 56 and you are going to age so well. Got to be such a beautiful family 💕

I just want to say that as someone who grew up with a cold, distant, abusive father, it was always hard for me to picture men as loving fathers and not people to fear. Whenever I see a loving and protective father i grieve a little but it also heals me to know that they exist ❤

Your mom just loving and accepting your dad for who he is is beautiful 🥹 made my heart happy🥹🫶🏻

What a great first episode, I am so proud of you and this really made me emotional because I can relate to the visibility and coming out to my mom and friends it was not easy but definitely having someone like you in my corner has been such a blessing ❤

This was such a beautiful podcast. I have truly enjoyed it and thankyou for sharing your life and your family. I am 52 and a mom of 4 , 3 boys and 1 girl and I love how your dad puts his parenting such a beautiful soul, I wish I had more parent friends like your parents. Me and my husband have been together for 30 + years and have always been faithful and it is a commitment.

Love you guys!! I am so happy you are doing this podcast. It’s a great message bc I have raised my son the same way. Whoever you want to be just be as long as you are happy. Life is too short not to be happy.

Much love and watching you from Tanzania (Zanzibar)😊…. As a bisexual lady myself from my conservative but loving African ladies, idk but my biggest fear is rejection if i ever come out to my family… so I’m holding on to when I’m not dependent and in a great place of my life(if I’m blessed), to actually fully live my life without fear of being rejected by my closest people…..

Hey! This was an amazing first episode. I loved the part about 20 mins in when your dad says me being married to a woman doesn't erase who I am, its who I am. And being married is a commitment. I can relate to this so much being bisexual and married to a man for 5 years. But I also struggle with embracing who I am all the time. I admire your dad so much for being able to fully embrace himself and I aspire to be able to do the same thing some day. Much love, Natasha

With your dad , interviewing him !!! Don’t call him out !! Redirect him !!! I was a little embarrassed for him but the honesty was real. Your dad had a point , but redirecting him into the honesty that makes it just as real minus the pointing out would be awesome. Wow great interviews with your parents .

My one questions is . Since your mom was able to transition into conquering her own mind. What ,who triggered the influence of altering your moms mind out of conditional thinking. Really incredible how your mom balanced the energy of her family.

I so want to live in my truth, but Im not convinced I know what that truth is. In any aspect of life really. I do know however, that the people I've surrounded myself with the past few years, are not my truth, but they also haven't "done me wrong" enough to say, you don't serve me or my peace anymore. Do you have any suggestions on how to find that truth?
@peacemsuya86415 ай бұрын
Heyyy ky… can i kindly ask for the sources you said almost the end of the video for people who may need someone to talk to and just connect incase we don’t have those around us??
@peacemsuya86415 ай бұрын
It’s crazy how after you’ve grown and accepted yourself and you look back growing up and it all makes sense… aside from my kindergartne story that’s very personal, I’ve always had crushes on my female school teacher (science) who to this date if i meet o still blush.. and that was through out all my primary education, then all my crushes through high school to alevels were even a certain nun(studied all girl’s boarding missionary schools) till i was in uni when i was for the first time given a bit of freedom to be around internet and all kinda of people… and to my suprise it was still men… and it all changed when i saw Ellen Degeneres being actually married to a woman… only thwn i realized that it actually existed, that i wasn’t crazy for loving females when all my friends were heads over heels for guys….. but to this date still can’t be out yet cos being african and from a very conservative catholic but still loving household that is terrifying to even tell them anything… so hopefully i reach a point in life where i don’t at all depend on family to survive so i can put it out there and see how they take it, but I’m soo scared and almost sure i will never be accepted as lesbian in my family…. So i have slowly started creating a network of friends that i can talk to from different areas of the world that are accepting….

Such a beautiful family. Kyra, you will have a hard time finding a partner cause you are way out of every basic chick league You type is "Victoria's Secret" angels and supermodels. But you are very humble about it.
