I am all against illegal waste exports and imports. But if Kofi says that this is the main problem - the dumping of imported waste, then my question is: what happens with domestically generated wasted cooling appliances? they are safely disposed? Are there cooling appliances produced in Africa? in Ghana? if so, then I hope they are better quality than those that are imported new from Asia...
