Whip became so much better after the balance patch. Even without the reflect shenanigans, they made a lot of stuff easier to combo into and out of

@@UFOrange I thought she was amazing as soon as KOF xv came out because I tried her. I immediately thought this rendition of her is the best she's ever been. And now the patch is like, "nah, she needs more sauce". 😆
