Kami, here are some trouble shooting tips , 1) I think your system is pagefiling , ie running out of memory. Windows is not perfect with utilisation so I wouldn't count on that . Try running just the game with nothing else running , if it works , you gonna need more memory . 2) the GPU drivers are borked... Try updating your drivers or flashing back to an earlier one that was working . 3) you're running out of CPU , if you're running just a quad core like a 7700k , u might wanna upgrade . If this is the problem , switching to Nvidia's nvenc encoder could also work . 4) something else on windows is fucking with your game . Try running the game in Windows safe mode . If that fixes it , you need a fresh copy of Windows. Try these in the same order as each one makes your life more and more difficult 😂. Cheers , hope this helps you.

I seriously doubt he has hardware problems, software maybe but I'm playing on an old laptop with i3 and can say the lag is based on weather, day of the week, zodiac signs and whether a black cat crossed your road. Most of these problems seem to be solved by kicking everyone else off the internet (I usually get a bit under 1Mbps but could play in the past with approx. 200Kbps). All in all it's most likely just servers goofing off.

If you can't decide which programs causes the stutter try running paladins while you close 1 suspected program at a time. Use process explorer you can kill the whole program tree from there. You can check if you have hardware issues by looking for a row called "Interrupts". If the interrupts row has high cpu usage (not constantly but at peaks) then you have to find the causing hardware piece to solve your problem. You can check the graphs it can log to a certain extent too.

That depends a lot. If I'm playing as Skye and a Koga uses his ulti just on me, I would think: "That idiot wasted his ulti on me! That's great for my team!". If I'm just one more collateral victim of Koga's ulti, then I'm an idiot. Personally, as a Skye player, what frustrates me the most about Koga is that he can negate some of the poison damage by dashing - that's the worst about not only Koga but others like Seris, Grohk, Zhin...

there were some cases of ultra low latency mode added by nvidia which causes some games to stutter..it is also device specific.if u have it on ultra,try it with on and see if that was the issue

i was had the same problem it's fix when i rest to my software but i read that maybe cause by a high power usage (voltage) on your GPU or CPU or if you PC is in really high degrees of heat like 85 and more :D i hope that help you

For your performance issues, you might already have checked but have you tried Paladin's with a different account? Then if it's fine maybe clearing your friends list? Adrix had a video on how his game was horrible until he cleared it, which seems completely random as no one would really notice and would suspect it's their PC or internet having issues Seems more likely as streamer life means popularity loll

Have u maxed the HP card? His cripple arrow is like the best part of his kit, so have a few points into reducing the cooldown and elim reduces cooldowns Shimmer( the card ) is nice too getting buffed next patch Sha takes alot of practice, i wish u best of luck in this hitscan filled meta👐🏾
