it's the title of the program that VSPO does monthly. It's a variety program where they usually invite JP streamers / other vtubers / voice actors and do a bunch of stuff

Gekiro can be translated to 'very low'(Geki Low/Row) in fps or any pvp term. Used to tell your teammates that the enemy is low hp. As such, Vspo use that term for their main program name
