Neither of the 2 cultures is degraded in Kogi. This just tells me you’ve never had the food before.

@@roentgen822 incorrect good sir or madam. I've partaken on two separate trips to LA. It is delicious. But I stand by my comment. It is the typical an American practice of "melting pot" cooking, where you end up bastardizing original cuisine. Italian "gravy" is a perfect example.
