I love Korean and Spanish food.. but mixed together with tacos? Worse experience ever for me and my friends. The tacos we ate, had way to much sugar. It took us a while to find other taco truck to get that sugary taste out of our mouth. Either way, their success is due to tweeter, not the recipe. Hey, good on them and keep it up. :) (I just hope they don't try to mix it with any other food :\ )
