And I must say, even though some of the restaurants were still closed, the beaches were the cleanest I’ve ever seen them and we’ve been going there since ‘03. It's Great to see you genuinely HAPPY! well deserved rest after Cambodia 🥴, what a drastic change of scenery and tranquility. have you made up your mind on where to invest/live in Thailand yet? is it more expensive than Phuket (food drink etc)? love how it's not crowded with tourists and ppl, not sure how it is at night but i'm usually a morning person, lounging on one of those beaches enjoying the sound of the waves, leaving all my troubles behind. You visited the place I stayed at for 2 weeks, Kai Bay Beach resort. I got a COVID deal of 1000 baht a night with breakfast. If you look on booking it’s double the price. I’ll be going back In Feb to strike another deal. Don’t use the websites, just rock up and see what they can do. When I was there last Feb, I had to buy shite Thai stick, can’t wait to try all the new coffee shops. 😊
