Koh Phangan airport hike

Besides daily open air parties, outdoor activities on Koh Phangan include hiking, because most of the island is a natural reserve. In 2012 construction of Koh Phangan airport commenced. Yet it was cancelled in 2015 as it could harm the nature.
We decided to go to the abandoned construction site through the jungle, where we had to ride bikes up the hill and over creeks, and then hike past palm trees, pineapple plantations, and waterfalls.
