I myself fly paramotor and paragliding freeflight, This was an amazing movie with extremly beautiful environment's! must have been a wonderful flight indeed! when i fly on low altitude i always try to have landingplace's for emergancy's like if the motor start troubeling! ;) But whats life without taking chance's!? anyway thanks for a great video!

NorthEast part is under CTR, the rest is pobably in TMA zone, so possible to fly in LOW altitude I guess (no warranty). I heard about somebody flying in Samui, it was couple of years ago, but may be he is still flying there..

Hi Baso SVK! Love the video! I always wondered why no body flied in Phangan, then recently I saw this video and I think I saw you (or someone) 3 days ago on Thursday 30th May flying over Ban Tai. Yellow chute and wheels? I have gone paramotoring twice few years ago in Malaysia and would like to get back to it. I am in Phangan now and will probably stay 6 months. Do you do tandem flights as well? How can I contact you?

This place is between Chaloklum and Mae Haad beach. Flying showed me a lots more that I've seen from the ground during 4 years..

Hi there. Of course, in june and around is the low season for tides, the water level is low. You can swim on all beaches on the east side, the easiest to access is Haad Rin Beach (famous for Full Moon party). It is also possible to swim on bottle beach (north of the island), but not easy to get there (best by boat)

Thank you so much for this superb video. Put in to Koh Phangan with my family many times on Lomphraya, seen a bit on brochures - but YOUR video is a true invitation. Wonderful. How long does it take to be able to control one of these "Kites" (is it a kite?). I noted a "Kite School". Seems to me that it would be an ideal holiday. Our daughter will be 15 in the summer and just loves "adventure". She is an athlete, enjoys rock climbing, scuba diving. Not an average 15 year old. Could she learn?

Christopher Hill most definitely I myself am trying to get some money saved to get one. A used one can run around $3,000. A new one is about $6,000-$12,000. There is a you tube video of a 10 year old learning. BTW the term for this recreational sport is known as paramotoring. ROCK ON!!!

Hin Kong Beach / Wok Tum Beach. You can see a red house which belons to Sea Sunset Resort. I've been there :)

***** January is one of the best months to go and visit Thailand. I was visiting Koh Phangan in August (rainy season) and I haven't seen a drop of rain. Don't hesitate and go, it's a real paradise :)

***** Just go! It's a dry season. Even if it rains, it takes 10 minutes and that's it. If I'd follow every weather report, I would never go in August... And I've been in Thailand in August for 3 times at least and it was great every time. Not really much rain.
