The install package is supposed to be 572 mb but you can't actually download the entire package; the connection interrupts, so you have an incomplete download and therefore a "corrupt" error. Don't bother wasting your time.

You can run it offline too. Because it's installed in your local computer and it will run without any internet connection after one time setup.

I had the same problem because Apache Server was already using port 8080 for another application. I uninstalled the old Apache server and Koha has worked fine with its own server.
