Instead of handcuffs you wear a leg brace that locks if you try to run. Don't know why this reporter is trying to put this off as abnormal. It's totally normal. I too went to trial, I was found not guilty but wore a suit and a leg brace.

Based on what I have read, it's not 'special treatment', it's standard practise... unless the court say otherwise. Innocent until proven guilty...for all we know, Bryan may be innocent....if you were arrested and jailed for a crime you didn't commit, how would you feel sitting there in that bright orange jumpsuit which just screams "I am the scum of the earth!" ???? This case has so many unanswered questions, so many discrepancies....and a big fat gag order which means we will never hear the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, until the trial...and even then there's still doubt 🙄...Let's just hope for justice for Ethan, Xana, Maddie and Kaylee at the end of it all 🙏🤞😇💖

Good strategy, everyone knows that women who make up the majority of juries nowadays are more influenced by gender, race, haircut, makeup, clothing, etc., than they are by physical evidence and witness/police testimony. On the last two juries i was on, it seemed that the women were deliberately dragging their deliberations out so they could have more long lunch periods paid for by their employers so they could go shopping and eating at places downtown that they did not normally frequent.
