The defense wants all the cell phone data the prosecution has collected, saying it will prove Kohberger was out for a drive many miles away from the place where four college students were killed. those pings or handshake to cell towers in the area can't really place him or anyone within feet of a place only gps can do that, they can suggest he was in the area though but you can connect to more than 1 tower at a time too due to overlap to ensure coverage but the distance can be hundreds of feet or in this case more out in the rural open many miles

There are over 300k apps that you can have on your cell phone that track your location with the accuracy (or close) to an ankle monitor. One example - Life360. Cell towers used to be used to provide triangular location to help with cases. With modern apps, you get a precise location. If he had one of these apps on his phone, that's probably why we heard that he had "been at the house 12 times previously". Not in the city, or general vicinity - right at the house. That's a closed neighborhood, with only one way out of the immediate area. He would have no business there, especially at odd times, like late at night.

The information from Kochberger's cell phone can improve his alibi, because he is not sure where his helper, Martensen, drove his car when he murdered all victims. Simply, he doesn't know where exactly she was, so to him it is a mystery where his cell phone, left in the car, was tracked. He can claim that he was here and there at the time, but actually his phone could show different locations. He can't discuss the problem with Martensen! Kind of trap, this is why he is desperately trying to get data from his own cell phone, as if he didn't know where he was driving. Does it make sense?

NEWSFLASH: The defense is supposed to provide the alibi already, but instead they are seeking discovery of phone and cell tower data so they can tailor an 'alibi' around what the data says. Kohberger has not provided an alibi because he has no alibi. He turned his phone off before driving to the house, his car is on video in multiple locations, HE LEFT HIS KILL-KNIFE SHEATH AT THE MURDER SCENE WITH HIS DNA ON IT.

Bryan is innocent but he knows some taboo secrets related to Moscow PD and the University of Idaho corruption. None of us know that 100% fact that BK is innocent. Touch DNA or not, It is very difficult to explain how a guy that's not connected would have his DNA on an object underneath a victim. I would NOT place stock on any human being to say they are innocent. We don’t know BK from Adam. The jurors will decide that in court based on strong evidence. All that we can do is speculate. The good part is that none of us will make the call. This is a free country and can all have our opinions. AT the end of the day were all just playing detectives. Hopefully the experts get the evidence to set him free or lock him down.

Wow! This case is starting to defy all logic! Anne and Bryan are building his case solely on the very same evidence that they are attacking the prosecution with, namely the cell phone towers and pings. Bryan’s entire alibi states he was taking his normal and casual stargazing drive just like he always does on a cloudy nite with no need for a telescope or binoculars. His star expert witness will prove that Bryan was indeed in the two state area, but not near the King house at the time of the killings. The pings are 100% accurate to prove Bryan’s alibi, but 100% non-accurate when the prosecution makes their triangulation case???? The elephant quietly sleeping in the dimly lit corner of the room is the MOST important piece of evidence that will make or break this case, namely the touch DNA that matches the DNA sample that Bryan provided while in custody. I don’t think team Taylor when all is said and done, will be able to refute this mathematical fact. This piece of evidence can not be boiled away. Leaving team Taylor with no choice but to downplay the importance, refute the lab and FBI, have the DNA test thrown out or…. The DNA is the easiest one to get around because it's minuscule transfer DNA on a movable object. You can't do IGG using something so unreliable, it's unethical. Plus there's three other unknown DNA profiles that haven't been considered and were found in the crime scene.

I find it too much of a coincidence that a perfect patsy to frame just happened to live 10 miles from the crime scene. BK checked all the boxes. Of course, BK could walk. OJ walked. Casey Anthony walked. But at this point only a fraction of the inculpatory evidence is public knowledge, so taking a victory lap is quite premature. BK could be found not guilty, but that doesn’t mean he didn’t do it. His alibi is a bird with a broken wing. It can’t fly, so it just hops around. BTW, there very little unbiased coverage of this case. That is to be expected. The trial, if it happens in our lifetimes, will be 90% acute tedium and 10% melodrama. If you’re looking for entertainment, you’d best look elsewhere. There are plenty of grifting clowns creating content on You Tube and elsewhere. WHY does the prosecution refuse to hand over full disclosure as required by law - its been nearly a year and a half - WHY is there still no full disclosure??
