I am curious what aftermarket fuel pump would you try? We have a fleet of air compressors with these Kohler Command Pro EFI engines, and more than a few are showing similar symptoms to what you showed in the video. I am leaning towards buying a fuel presssure testing kit, or the Kohler test kit, to narrow down the diagnosis. Not a fan of just swapping out parts and hoping we solve the issue.

All the aftermarket fuel pumps come from the same place as the koler. They are all branded different by different bulk buyers. So brand wont matter. Best bet is to find the best price model your looking for. I always use amazon, best return policy. If it comes with a filter toss it and get the Kohler 10-micron filter. I havent found any substitutes for that. pressure tester not a bad idea to isolate a bad pump. Thanks for watching and hope I was some help.
