A visit to Warrington to see Tim Waddington and pick up my Shinoda Hi-Utsuri. Had a good look around the facility too.

Certainly a lovely looking hi utsuri and a great addition to your pond. I was surprised to hear that people are moving away from the go sanke group and looking at the more one-off varieties though. Be sure to keep us updated on how the new fish is doing and of course once Cat has chosen a name for it. 👍🏻

Yeah its not all rosey as Tim says I ordered two tosai from them 2 years ago. 7 weeks later despite calling Tim n Paul no deliveries. Finally delivered but the beni kiko had a deformed tail. Never again. Don't believe that they're great as youtube vids suggest as this was very poor service!

I actually left my koi with Tim at my request as I wanted to video it at Tims place before it left for home. Discussions with Tim regarding pond temps meant I held off longer hence the length of time. My overall impression of the Koi Trip, incredible, the koi, first class and the Warrington facilty absolutely fine.
