My last bannerlord campaign was just like this except I was a battanian scoundrel who ended up becoming friends with the valandian king and learning the valandian way. One thing I did was recruit only mounted units. I married a valandian noblewoman and whenever we went to war I spent the whole war chasing down caravans with 50 knights and 20 banner knights, just to pay my wage. But eventually I just made so much money I could fill my ranks and once I had 50 banner knights we could steamroll anyone on the map.

Voice: Emilio Etero, sargent of one of the lobles armies and someone that has fought against the vlandians and live to tell it. Soldier: And what is so terrifying about them that the men of the empire can't handle. Emilio: they are man much like you and me, they are not the problem the problem is him. Soldier: Him? Emilio: Tristan Lionheart. Everyone:...... Emilio: I was at the siege of Llanoc Hen Castle we thought it as easy prey so we attack, all were going according to plan and then, then I heard him yelling, screaming, laughing and cutting through are soldiers.... I thought I couldn't be more terrified but I was wrong because later I saw, he eyes a blazing inferno, he smile echoing pain and death......he strike...... I barely managed to block, but he strike again and again and again and again until I fall off the ladder. Everyone:..... Emilio: I survived by falling utop a pile of body's, he had smash there heads with a stone. He stand up and got to the door. Emilio: I am bound to meet that thing again, you....not... back down while you can, before is to late. And then he left, leaving the tavern in a darker mood.

My main character for my main playthrough of Bannerlord is a Batannian who became a vassal for Sturgia and married a Sturgian(she’s the reason he joined Sturgia). I love Tristan but I know he’d hate Hakon and Svana. It makes me want to write a short story where they meet. I LOVE this series
