Like he said, it’s only that much when certain developments need to happen in a short period of time. The contracts he has for the devs now are most likely not like that. That money may go towards “bounties/bonuses” when Koil need certain development projects done, or if some dev comes to him asking for it in exchange for pushing something out faster.

They are mainly working on 4.0 in the background, but they have also made a lot of small changes recently. Look at all of the changes to the cars that have been made over the past few months. Also the changes to try and nerf controller driving. CG recently had their houses redone to have mansions/apartments instead of their small houses that they used to have. A lot has been done, they just arent huge things that affect every individual. Most have been small things that affect a small number/group of people.

The fact that they have managed to make the server work this smooth almost as well as normal gta online is a fkin miracle. Go look at some 2.0 footage there has been A LOT of improvements. All these FiveM servers have Whitelisting, so you can join faster and if the server is full they kick a non whitelisted member and let you in and stuff like that. Idk how much fivem charges but many are like 100 bucks or so a month.

Not when it's a company, as a company it is it's own entity. Like a person, so that the owner is an employee of that said company. That is used to avoid taxes, so for his salary to be 10k it would allow for tax avoidance. So it won't be tied to koli, that doesn't mean Koli can't pull from the account of Nopixel, because he can mark it as a company expense, like to lets say buy a car. It would be Nopixel buying it rather than Koli.

Also to mark it as a business expense it has to be something that would reasonably be used in day to day business, so for a company that is ran completely virtually a car wouldn't pass as a business expense.
