My main issue with this was how he decided to force himself into the situation and tell everyone to leave when they were going to blow up the cars in the motor pool. Leaving cops who had hid in cars alive to collect evidence. I am unclear if killing the ones in the car would have lead to a wipe as I have heard there was someone else hiding somewhere else.

Bottom line is, if people are hiding from the action to prevent a wipe, it SHOULD be considered a wipe. The way it ended was indeed really shitty now given the fallout from it.
