If NVL was actually a thing on the server I would not mind. However this is not the case, there are plenty of times when a Cop or Criminal do dumb shit that endangers their life. Koil for instance should have been injured and on the sidelines after he rolled his vehicle that many times. Claiming NVL on others but breaking that same rule you're hiding behind is hypocrisy at its finest.

I agree. A lot of things in RP are way unreal than real life. The pits - some cars getting pitted continuously would've instantly gotten immobilized, jumps with cars - some are way unreal to be done in real life without the help of CGI and editing or equipments, and a lot. At the end of the day it's just a game not real life so we gotta accept some stuff that does happen and looks unreal

Again there are mechanics in place so when you wreck your car it shuts down. Tires pop engine dies or slowly starts to bog down and make your car slower. You could roll your car down Mt Chilliad and as long as the car still works when you get to the bottom you're fine to keep going on nopixel

The only reason that Crims have resorted to jumps is because it's almost impossible to outrun the police. Their vehicles never stall when they wreck and they are faster than most cars on the road. You could tell that Koil was not even going full speed and had no problem pitting them.

If they wanted to make it more realistic they should have shock absorption for specific vehicles. If you customize your vehicle with certain shock absorbers meant to withstand the jump then taking it should be acceptable. If you miss it your still going to die.

BUT about the crash on 12:07 both the police and the other car SHOULDN'T continue since they flipped over and were heavily damaged.

It is a video game after all. They also made the damage less punishing due to feedback from players in no pixel 2.0. Of course there iis sht that won't be like real life but jumping off a 3 story building should be enough to damage it to not be functionable. clean chase is no huge jumps or off road in the mountain sides.

You have to find the right balance. GTA physics are going to prevent any crazy realism so cars flipping and such on the ground just has to be ignored since it's not really controllable but having criminals doing extreme stunts on purpose to escape is going a bit far. Like he says in the video smaller jumps are fine but when people are yeeting themselves off tall buildings or just large heights it just takes away from the whole chase

@@leoortiiiz Clearly you have not been around No Pixel from early 2.0. If you were you would understand and know the goal with update 3.0. The roleplay supposed to be a bit higher, think before acting, meaning risks and decissions needs to be taken first. I think Koil was more disappointed also becuse of the people in the car. He knows they know 3.0 should have better thinking & roleplay added to 3.0. Also if you didnt hear, he clearly said - i thought dev stopped that from happening. So it sounds like they are trying to enforce that from happening by adding invisible walls in order to stop the driving off buildings. Hope this helped

Lets get 1 thing straight. No Pixel is not about winning, they are past that shit, this can be argued a lot but it wont change the fact that No Pixel has done amazing work on this way of roleplaying. The only people that has had issues with the win mentality is gang vs gangs. But criminals and police has been good for a looooong time. Its been ages since they had a major drama vs crims and police. Some small stuff here and there yes. And do people have a win mentality? Fuck yes ofc? For some yes, for some no. You know why? The people that DONT see the win/lose roleplay. They see the big picture of roleplay and the potential it has. And THAT is why No Pixel is where they are today.

I'll tell you guys from being in a city where the crashing is set to be much more realistic and the damage is really severe if you fuck up, is a horrible system to endure. I've had chases that have lasted four turns and my car is out. All instances being that the cops have either bumped the rear of the vehicle too hard and broke the engine or being pitted at 80+ wrecks the car entirely. Having this system of popping tyres from jumps is a good system, it involves risk, but having a car totalled from the more epic jumps is an L take, saying 'it was a clean chase, why did they ruin it?' Uhhh, maybe because they don't wanna have the chase last an eternity and get caught?

Crims will always find a new way to do something then PD will always get rid of it as soon as it becomes a slight inconvenience to them. Making height more punishing is not a bad idea at all.. but if you do, make sure that it won't affect normal fast driving too much. Sometimes you continue over the top of a hill and drop the equivalent of a few stories, but you mostly land on all 4 wheels. If that messed you up it would be boring.

I think it's kinda hilarious that hes mad about a jump where there is a RAMP at the top of the building. Multiple people have hit that jump. But, it's also okay for them to OPEN fire when people switch vehicles??? When does that happen in real life?? Never. Unless the criminals open fire first. Also, the fact that they're plowing vehicles at top speed? Cops don't do that in real life either. The SAFE speed they try to pit is 45 mph. Just saying. It's not really NVL tho, they can't die if they have their seat belts on, as much as it's RP, if their characters know that they can't die if they jump while having their seat belts on then it's just what it is. If they wanted to make big jumps NVL they should make it so there's a way you could still die doing it, then it would actually be NVL

Get sentenced with 10 months means 10 IRL months that you spend in prison. IRS audits criminals and they go to jail for felony tax evasion unless they launder their money through legitimate businesses. You only get one life. You have to eat/drink every 4 hours and your player needs sleep. You start out as an infant and you have to wait 18 years until you can actually play the game. Come on man get real.
