I think Koji is good at identifying people's tells, and the others are more logic oriented and do the questioning.

I think Koji is very good at retaining information and then remember it when something doesn't add up, but when the information is less clear he gets lost easier than DD or Hafu. Also, as someone pointed out, Koji is quite good at identifying tells
