Such a helpful lecture. Sir I have multiple independent variables (representing service quality), 1 mediating variable, and 1 dependent variable in my research. How do I incorporate multiple independent variables in process macro? I have run mediation using process macro on each of the independent variable and they all independently show full mediation except 1 which shows partial mediation. Is that the correct way to handle multiple independent variables. I do not want to increase the number of mediation hypothesis and want to handle serv quality>Customer satisfaction>brand loyalty via 1 hypothesis. Need help

You need to see if zero lies in between the upper and lower values. If it does then the relationship is insignificant, and significant otherwise
