RECIPE OF SAKHROLI
INGREDIENTS :
MAIDA 1/4 KG
JAGGERY 1/4KG
SALT A PINCH
ELAICHI POWDER QUARTER TSPN
WATER 250 ML TO 300 ML
METHOD
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS WELL ATLEAST FOR HALF N HOUR IN ONE DIRECTION ONLY N KEEP THE BATTER OVERNIGHT FOR FERMENTATION N THEN
SHALLOW FRY ..DONE.

@@arumani55 You are forgetting that Appa wants our Kokni culture revival and spread our delicacies to our younger generations. Our children struggle with Urdu, forget Kokni!! They speak English. But they do like our cuisine and it will spread our food to a wider audience by keeping it alive.

I am the one who started admitting children to english medium though myself and my younger brother both studied till metric in Urdu medium. Today i feel sorry that our children missed such a beautiful language call urdu. However. I made sure in house we speak only Kokni
