Let me ask you this, if Star Force 3 had the best boss theme then why it wasn't featured in Rockman EXE OSS? You know, the game with a crossover with Star Force (which is now fully translated so check it out)? The one that when you use Geo the battle music changes to that of Star Force (1 for virus battles, 2 for bosses)? I'll give you this though, Star Force 3 has the best Final Boss theme.
