Boo's eagle animation should've been him transforming into King Boo from Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, capturing Luigi in a painting, and laughs evilly, but his double-bogey pose should've been him being caught by his tongue with Luigi being happy, showing him inside of it, feeling sad. This will reference the series for sure.
