If I'm taking a friend and we are going at an enjoyable pace it usually takes 1.5-2 hours depending on how long we stop to chill at the top.

I've hiked up the stairs maybe 50 times in my 3 years living here and I doubt I've done it a single time without seeing at least one person fly their drone. The drone map I use for the island shows the SE corner of Oahu as an OK place to fly, but do I ever feel like I can say 100% say if a place is legal to fly, No :)
